Our Therapy Intensives are designed for people who are ready for accelerated support. Instead of spreading the work across months, an intensive gives you focused, uninterrupted time to make real progress on the things you’ve been carrying.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Your therapy is built around your specific experiences, your pace, and what actually matters to you — drawing on evidence-based approaches like mindfulness and cognitive techniques.

I work with adults who are thoughtful about their well-being and ready to invest in real change. Insurance is not required. Our services are self-pay, which means no gatekeepers, no arbitrary session limits, and a therapeutic relationship built entirely around your goals.

*Note: A superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement for traditional therapy sessions.

Is Telehealth Therapy Right for You?

How do I know if therapy intensives are right for me?

A good place to start is asking yourself whether weekly therapy feels like enough. For some people, 50 minutes a week is exactly what they need. For others, it can feel like you’re just getting warmed up when the session ends or like the week between appointments breaks the momentum.

Intensives tend to be a strong fit if you:

  • Feel stuck and want to make faster, more focused progress
  • Are navigating a specific challenge (a life transition, burnout, or a pattern you want to break)
  • Have a busy schedule that makes consistent weekly sessions hard to maintain

What if I’ve been in therapy before?

Previous therapy experience is actually a strength, not a complication. If you’ve done therapeutic work before, you likely already have some self-awareness, a sense of what’s helped, and an understanding of what you’re still working through. That foundation can make intensive work even more productive.

A few things that come up often:

  • You felt like you outgrew your last therapist. That happens and it’s a sign of growth, not failure. Starting fresh with a new approach can open things up in unexpected ways.
  • You’ve been in therapy on and off for years and still feel stuck. Intensives work differently than traditional weekly sessions. The extended format, combined with DBT and mindfulness practices, gives us time to go deeper than a 50-minute window usually allows.
  • You’re currently seeing another therapist. Intensives can work alongside your existing therapy as a supplement that many clients use to work on a specific issue while continuing their regular sessions.

Whatever your history with therapy looks like, we’ll start where you are and not where we assume you “should be.”
