You’re not in crisis…at least not the kind anyone would notice. But you’re exhausted in a way that sleep doesn’t fix, disconnected from yourself, and tired of just pushing through. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
Our Therapy Intensives are designed for people who are ready for accelerated support. Instead of spreading the work across months, an intensive gives you focused, uninterrupted time to make real progress on the things you’ve been carrying.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, approaching a major life transition, or simply want to accelerate your healing, an intensive might be exactly what you need.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Your therapy is built around your specific experiences, your pace, and what actually matters to you — drawing on evidence-based approaches like mindfulness and cognitive techniques.
I work with adults who are thoughtful about their well-being and ready to invest in real change. Insurance is not required. Our services are self-pay, which means no gatekeepers, no arbitrary session limits, and a therapeutic relationship built entirely around your goals.
*Note: A superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement for traditional therapy sessions.

Taking the first step can feel hard, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. Reach out to schedule a free consultation, and we’ll figure out together whether we’re a good fit.
Telehealth therapy is a flexible and effective option for adults in New Jersey who want meaningful emotional support without the stress of commuting. Online therapy allows you to meet with a licensed therapist from the comfort of your home while receiving high-quality, evidence-based care.
A good place to start is asking yourself whether weekly therapy feels like enough. For some people, 50 minutes a week is exactly what they need. For others, it can feel like you’re just getting warmed up when the session ends or like the week between appointments breaks the momentum.
Intensives tend to be a strong fit if you:
Intensives can help to create the conditions for deeper work. If any of this resonates, a free consultation is a great way to explore whether it’s the right fit for where you are right now.
Previous therapy experience is actually a strength, not a complication. If you’ve done therapeutic work before, you likely already have some self-awareness, a sense of what’s helped, and an understanding of what you’re still working through. That foundation can make intensive work even more productive.
A few things that come up often:
Whatever your history with therapy looks like, we’ll start where you are and not where we assume you “should be.”
